Qualification:  B.E. Electronics        

Experience: 4 to 5 years (candidate managed / handled  smart city projects / ITS / LED projects are preferable )

Job Description:

• Verification and validation of Manufactured products and bought out products, Component approval, BOM finalization.
• ERP – Item code knowledge, EMS process knowledge.
• Training to cross functional team.
• Good acquaintance with electronic components.
• Microcontroller based circuit knowledge.
• PCB design and EMS processes .
• Wiring diagrams, reading of Mechanical CAD drawings.
• Designing of Testing procedures .
• Automobile PPAP processes.
• Knowledge of EMI EMC (Preferred).
• Good knowledge of PC and networking (Preferred).
• Good at English conversation.

Qualification:  B.E. in Electronics + Diploma or Degree in Management

Job Description :

• Global Product Design Engineering, Validation.
• Ownership of POCs, Demos, trainings, PPAP, CFD, processes for Quality Manufacturing in conformance to pre-defined technical specifications.
• Developing mechanical drawings for products including wiring harnesses, fitment aspects, etc.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Key Competencies Required:

• Knowledge of quality standards like TS 16949 & ISO-9001 / ISO-9002 and ISO-9000/TS 16949.
• Strong understanding of corporate culture and critical relationships that exist in companies between engineering, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Product Delivery, Employee Development, Operations, Finance, and Customers.
• Good communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills with external and internal teams.
• PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), Wiring Harness, APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis).
• Lead technical meetings with Customers and negotiate the delivery contents and dates.
• Lead and/or organize Cross-Discipline technical reviews.

• Experience with Embedded Linux development. Application development in QT, C++.
• Knowledge of BSP (Board Support package) development and Android will be added advantage.
• Experience with application architecture designing, module level development

Experience: 5 to 7 years in Embedded Firmware development

• Experience with Embedded Firmware development for ARM Cortex Microcontroller especially STM32F100 and STM32F207 controller using embedded C.
• Knowledge of RTOS will be added advantage.
• Complier used Keil uVision, Eclips etc.
• Knowledge of Embedded linux is added advantage

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
