186 BSRTC Buses Flagged Off in Patna by Hon’ble CM Nitish Kumar - Powered by CHEMITO ITMS Solutions
Patna, May 16, 2025 - In a significant move towards enhancing public transportation in Bihar, the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Mr. Nitish Kumar, today inaugurated a fleet of 186 buses under the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation (BSRTC) in Patna.
This major rollout includes 166 buses from Tata Motors and 20 specially designated SML Pink Buses, all integrated with state-of-the-art Intelligent Transport Management System (ITMS) solutions provided by CHEMITO.
The ITMS deployment by CHEMITO will enable improved fleet tracking, real-time passenger information systems, and enhanced operational efficiency, thereby offering a safer, more reliable commuting experience for the citizens of Bihar.
This initiative marks a substantial step forward in modernizing the state’s public transport infrastructure while promoting the adoption of smart mobility solutions.
